Floor Maintenance Services
X-Cel Floor Care proudly serves the businesses and communities of California, Nevada, and Arizona!
We offer a wide range of services listed in detail below.
Concrete Polishing, Diamond Grind Concrete, and Concrete Repair
X-Cel’s polished concrete techniques don’t require any type of topical floor coating, so there is no surface overlay to wear out. Our technique incorporates a densifying compound during the polishing process, which actually fills, seals and hardens the concrete surface, resulting in a floor that’s even stronger than the original concrete!
X-Cel’s polished concrete surface is sealed to greatly reduce the chance of staining and a special stain guard is embedded during the polishing process to add an additional layer of protection.
Most traditional flooring systems quickly lose their luster and wear down to requiring regular professional maintenance. X-Cel’s polished concrete floors, on the other hand, require little maintenance – and require it less often.
When you amortize the cost of repairing and replacing flooring over its useful life, X-Cel’s polished concrete service far outlasts virtually any other type of flooring – reducing your total cost.
X-Cel’s state of the art polishing machines buff your concrete surface to a mirror-like finish.
The surface is so reflective, it redirects overhead ambient light back into the interior space, providing additional soft, even light.
